Child Safety Standards

Last updated: June 2026

WIP LLC ("we," "us," or "our") builds Spells with a zero-tolerance commitment toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The safety of children is a priority for us. This page describes the standards we hold all users to, how you can report abuse, and how we respond. These standards apply to everyone who uses the Spells mobile application and related services (the "Service").

Our Standards

The following are strictly prohibited on Spells, with no exceptions:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any imagery, video, or other content that depicts the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor.
  • Grooming and sexual solicitation of minors. Building a relationship with, manipulating, or soliciting a minor for sexual purposes.
  • Sextortion. Threatening to share, or coercing a minor with, their intimate imagery.
  • Sexualization of minors. Sexualizing a minor through text, image, voice, video, or shared Artifacts, including content that is generated or produced through the Service.
  • Facilitating, normalizing, or promoting child sexual abuse. Any content or conduct that enables, encourages, or makes light of the sexual abuse of children.

Violating these standards results in removal of the content and termination of the account, and may be reported to law enforcement as described below.

Reporting in the App

Spells gives every user tools to act on unsafe content directly in the app:

  • Report. You can report any message or any user, and select a reason for the report (including an "Other" option to describe the issue in your own words).
  • Block. You can block any user to immediately stop receiving messages from them.

You can also report child-safety concerns directly to us by email at info@wip.llc. We review every child-safety report.

How We Respond

When we become aware of content or conduct that violates these standards, we:

  • Review the report through human moderation.
  • Remove the violating content.
  • Disable or terminate the accounts involved.
  • Preserve relevant data as required to support investigations.
  • Report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline.
  • Cooperate with regional and national authorities and law enforcement as appropriate.

Compliance with the Law

We comply with applicable child-safety laws and our legal reporting obligations, including reporting apparent child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authorities. WIP LLC is located at 1887 Whitney Mesa Drive, Henderson, NV 89014, United States.

Minimum Age

Spells is intended only for users who are at least 13 years old, and the app requires users to be at least 13 during registration. For more information, see our Terms of Service.
